We are a busy glass shop serving North County Coastal looking for an experienced glazier to join our team. We have an excellent reputation and want a person who can contribute positively to that.

The Glazier / Installer delivers a safe, quality customer experience in the home.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

4 + years residential glass installation experience
HS Diploma or equivalent
All candidates must pass initial background check and drug test, have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the USA,
Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, with the ability to lift up to 70lbs unassisted, and be comfortable on ladders

Preferred Skills:

Journeyman-level glazing experience
Residential glass replacement including single & double pane window and door glass, shower enclosures, wardrobe doors, mirrors, frames and some hardware. Training available if you are missing a skill.
Commercial glass replacement
Ability to accurately measure/quote a plus
Effective troubleshooting skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Consistently practices clear, effective, polite communication with customers and fellow team members
Hardworking, motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsible with tools and equipment
Safety conscious
Reliable

Compensation: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
